Improving your fitness involves several key factors: weight training, cardiovascular training, mental training, and perhaps most important, proper nutrition advice. All of these things must work hand in hand with each other to achieve optimal results, which is why I custom-build each client’s program to achieve the best results in the shortest time possible. A Program Made Just for You
After our initial consultation, I will take the information you’ve provided and make a training program based on your goals, limitations, and time commitment. Most workouts will last between 30 and 60 minutes and only involve high-quality, basic and safe exercises that are suitable for you as an individual.
Nutrition shouldn’t be complicated and involve huge amounts of sacrifice to achieve your goals. No food is truly off-limits. It’s simply about finding how much food you need to eat. We will figure out those numbers together, I will guide you through setting up an account and custom goals on fitness, and I will be able to monitor your nutrition on a daily basis and help you adjust your goals as needed.
Let’s face it. There are going to be questions along the way. I offer varying levels of support for all my clients. If you train in person, I will be glad to answer any and all questions you have every time we meet. You will also be able to reach me by phone many hours a day. If you’re one of my online training clients, you will be able to contact me through email, Skype, or by phone depending on the package and level of support you feel you’ll need. Don’t worry. I won’t leave you hanging if you need to talk! We’re in this together.
Fitness Builder Plus App for Online Clients
If you’re a bit more confident in the weight room, or have a schedule that won’t allow you to do in-person training and plan on doing an online coaching program, your custom workouts will be easy to follow with the Fitness Builder Plus app for IOS or Android. Your workouts will be laid out in an easy-to-follow manner, all sets and rep ranges will be spelled out, and include videos to accompany each exercise I ask you to do that day. Also included in the app are tools to keep track of your weight and body measurements.
