This is an all-day tour; lunch is included. We will visit the city of (southern end of the state), 83 miles away from Maceió, on board a boat, sailing for about 40 minutes towards the mouth of the river. Once in the city for fun, we can enjoy a sled ride down the dune, landing in the river. We can also visit a sea turtle preservation area and a migratory birds landing area.
Maragogi beach or Croa Island
This is an all-day tour. Maragogi Beach is one of the most famous beaches in the state. We will ride to the far north of Alagoas, 81 miles away from Maceió. We will drive along the Costa Dourada region until Maragogi. In Maragogi, we will enjoy the tranquility and the beauty of the beach. This beach also offers facilities such as crafts, a pool, a restaurant, and a tour of the natural pools located 4 miles from the coast. The Croa Island tour includes a ride along the North Coast to the city of Barra de Santo Antônio, which is encompassed by the Antônio River. We will stop at Estrela Azul restaurant. There is an optional boat crossing from Barra de Santo Antônio to Croa Island, and the island provides facilities. There is also an opportunity to walk around the island with an accompanying biologist. This tour takes place 26 miles away.
Gunga Beach
Both tours last all day. The Norte Grande tour includes lunch and a boat ride. For the Saveiro Gunga Beach tour, we will take a shuttle ride from the hotel to the city of Barra de Miguel (28 miles away). Once at Barra, we will take a boat ride to the Sao Miguel River for about 30 minutes, until reaching the famous Gunga Beach, voted one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. We will be able to enjoy a swim in the river and in the sea, and also enjoy hiking up the cliffs. The coconut trees that line the beach offer cool, relaxing shade. At Norte Grande, we will have a boat trip from the laggon to the leisure complex of Norte Grande (40 miles away from Maceió). The site offers an optional boat tour to enjoy the famous Bando Gelado, ecological walks, jet skiing, banana boating, and a mineral pool, among others. The presence of the Atlantic forest and fruit trees adds a touch of tranquility and rare beauty.
