Beef Tacos recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb of ground beef.
1 onion, chopped.
Salt, to taste.
1 garlic clove.
Lettuce.
Cheese.
1 packet of taco shells.
1 cup of
Guacamole (optional).

Preparation Instructions:
Sauté, then add the garlic and salt to taste. Place a heaped shell and stuff it with lettuce and cheese. Serve with the green chili or taco sauce and top with guacamole if desired. Back to the Beef Recipes home page.

Beef Stroganoff recipe

Ingredients:
300 gr beef
cut in stripes, 100 gr diced onions, 200gr mushrooms sauted in white wine,
50 gr sour gherkins cut into fine stripes, 1 dl meat sauce, 2 dl cream, salt,
paprika, 0.5 dl sunflower oil, 10 gr butter.

Preparation Instructions:
On high heat, brown the meat
shortly in oil, season the meat, stir, and take the meat out of the pan & place aside on
plate, lower heat, add butter in pan, saute onions & gherkins, add sauce, and
mushrooms and reduce, add cream, simmer 1 min. Add meat. serve.
Notes about this recipe:
Never add paprika to hot sauce; it won’t dissolve. Add to the meat befor ading
sauce.

Beef Stew recipe
Ingredients:
2 pounds boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 cups water
5 cups cut-up vegetables

Preparation Instructions:
Coat the beef with flour.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sirloin cubes and sauté until browned.Drain.Add seasoning, water, and vegetables, and stir well.

Bring to the boil.Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

Beef Spread recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened.
5 ounces of sliced dried beef, chopped and divided.
¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish.
1 teaspoon of chives, optional, chopped.
Preparation Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except the beef in a mixing bowl. Mix in half of the beef.

Shape into 2-3 logs and press the remaining beef on top of each log. Chill for 90 minutes.

Serve with crackers.

Beef Pot Roast recipe

Ingredients:
3 lbs of rump or chuck roast.
3 medium potatoes, quartered.
3 medium carrots, cut into two-inch pieces.
2 medium onions, halved.
½ cup of beef broth.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper.

Preparation Instructions:
Sprinkle the roast with the salt and pepper.

Place half of the veg in the bottom of the crock, top with the roast, then add the remaining veg and beef broth.

Cover on low for about 8 hours.
