- Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Instructions on withdrawal:
You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason by sending written notice (e.g., letter, email) or – if the goods are delivered to you before the end of this period – by returning the goods any goods or services received and to, This does not apply to the return of goods if the deterioration is solely due to their inspection, as would have been possible in a retail store.
