Ingredients:
2 ½ cups flour
2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
2 medium eggs, beaten
1 ¼ cup brown sugar
1 cup pureed cooked pumpkin
½ cup milk
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 ½ cup Wheat Chex or similar breakfast cereal
¾ cup raisins, coarsely chopped

In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In a separate medium bowl, combine eggs, sugar, pumpkin, milk, and oil; whisk until smooth. Add the flour mixture and stir until well combined. Gently stir in cereal and raisins.

Transfer to a lightly greased bread pan. Bake 60 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven, let cool for 15 minutes, and then remove from the pan to cool completely.

Ingredients:
1 9-inch pie crust
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon allspice
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups pureed cooked pumpkin
1 1/4 cups evaporated milk
3/4 cup egg whites, whipped
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, combine sugars, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and salt.

In a separate large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, egg, and vanilla; whisk until smooth. Pour the dry mixture into the wet mixture and mix until just moistened.

Pour into prepared pie crust and bake 50 to 60 minutes, until crust is golden and filling is set in the center when jiggled. Cool and serve.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, eggs, and sugar together until smooth. Add pumpkin and stir until combined. Stir in flour, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Beat well.

Pour into the prepared pie shell and bake for 60 minutes. Allow to cool and serve.
